Embark on an exhilarating culinary journey through Taiwan's vibrant food scene, from bustling night markets to hidden gems, savouring the eclectic flavours and cultural tapestry of Taiwanese cuisine. Two well-respected Taiwanese Chefs will demonstrate how to prepare some signature Taiwanese dishes. You will have the opportunity to savour the authentic taste from Taiwan!
